Fatigue Problem?
Every year of my life, I become less motivated to do ANYTHING and tired way more often. I'm seventeen and I get about eight hours of sleep every night. I tend to be rather unfocused at times and very drifty. My diet is pretty normal. I have friends who eat a lot more sugar and crap than I do and don't seem as worn out as I do. It's almost to the point where it's becoming somewhat of a burden. Are these even signs of a fatigue problem? And should I try seeing a doctor?

Anything caffinated has a reverse affect on me and since it's summer now, I have been sleeping for more than eight hours. Mono could be a possibility. At my last checkup (which was about a year ago) I addressed the same problem and they didn't find anything...
I'm still getting the same symptoms except worse.

Caffeine has a reverse effect on me too. Makes me feel really crappy, weaker and faint, but I have Fibromyalgia.
Have you tried some sort of vitamin regimine?
Maybe you should have another check up, and ask if a Nutritionist can help give you a diet that will give you more pep.
If you're healthy then you must be lacking something your body needs, and you don't have any aches or pains so I don't think it's a virus.
Try seeing the dr again and see what they say.
