Why am i scared?
I randomly get really scared or freaked out sometimes for absolutely no reason. I'll just be walking in the mall or something and I'll suddenly get this weird feeling. Basicly it feels like what i would feel if i was standing on the edge of a cliff and it started cracking behind me. Im not crazy, i don't imagine that this is happening to me i just feel really scared and it takes me a while to calm down from it. I don't get why this is. Help!

Oh, can I relate to this one! I was just like you for many years until i came across a doctor who also at one time had the same symptoms- I was so lucky to have gone to him, my entire life is changed, I am a whole person again. He told me that i had agorophobia and put me on the same medication that he is on- he played around with diffrent milligrams until he found the correct one- i am not saying this is for you, but his choice of meds. were zoloft and klonopin- i will have to be on these meds the rest of my life- but, at least i have a life. Hopefully you will speak to your doctor re this- what could it hurt- you may even feel great!
