I need help?!

I need help?

I'm having a really hard time right now. I battle with depression and am at a really low point. I wanna cut myself but don't want the scars. Is there anything else I can do that will help me? Is there anything that will help me feel the same kind of relief but that is safer? I'm already going to a therapist and am just really upset right now. Please only helpful/serious answers!!


Answers:

Try to do something that will distract you- go to a movie, watch tv, exercise, call a friend. Get your mind off things.

When you see your therapist next or when you call him/her, tell them about this and ask for techniques to deal with your feelings.
