How do I start talking to my mother again?
My mom has been a constant source of pain for me in my life but..when I am estranged from her I feel so guilty and awful. I've set up bounderies for our us in the past but she always breaks them. I love her but am at a loss of what to do next. We haven't spoken in 6 mths now
