Increase in anti depressant and bad side effects again?

Ive been taking sertraline (zoloft) for 4 months at 50mg. I had really bad side effects - nausea and constant headaches mainly. The headaches went after 6 weeks!!!

Now Ive increased the dose to 75mg and have headaches all day again. Do you think this med does not agree with me? Should I ask to change it?

I would ask to try a different drug. Sertraline is an antidepressant (SSRI, specifically) and there are a bunch of other drugs in that same category that may work better for you without the side effects. Headaches and nausea are listed as two possible side effects of the drug, and the fact that the side effects started again after your increse points to a reaction to the medication. I would definitely ask your dr. for a different type of med. It's not worth feeling ok psychologically if you feel terrible physically!
