Can ANYBODY - PLEASE help me with my fear?

I have a phobia but i don't know what it's called. When I enter a mall/shopping center/church etc. obviously these kind of building are built with a high ceiling and normally the mall itself would be a wide open space. This is what totally freaks me out. I go into a blind panic although i cant show it and make a scene of it with my friends I be running to get into a shop where the ceiling is just above my head. When I freak out I cant catch my breath and I find it hard to swallow. I also feel as if i'm going to swallow my tongue. I know it's seems so stupid because i know you cant swallow your tongue. It's the fear of looking up and seing how open and wide the ceiling is and how wide the area is around me. I feel like grasping something but theres nothing around me to grasp becasue it's an open space. This thing has been haunting me for over three years now and i think it's about time i found out what the hell it is exactly and what is causing it? can ANYBODY help me PLEASE?!
