i have no life am stuck in a rut have no job no life i just stay indoors all day every day i sponge off my dad and i hate it but i cant seem todo anything about it am depressed but cant get myslef out of the situation i hate myself im a waste of space

you have got 2 get up get a job even if u don't want 2 just by getting out the house can help Ur mood instead of staying in and looking at those 4 walls get a job build Ur confidence up then u will realise ur not a waste of space u just needed a kick up the bum to get ur life back on track the more u stay in the more deppresed u will get
