I need some help or advice about.....?

My sister in law, she's 17 almost 18 now. I believe there is something wrong with her and I don't know what it is. Sometimes I think she has a mind of a 10 year old, everything about her looks normal, her speech and everything but we don't know if your mind is not maturing like her age. Usually at 17 you get your drivers license but somehow we think she is not a responsible person. Do you is it a mental problem or she got some autitism? Where do I start? She got 5 older brothers and have ability to take actions but I don't know why they're not doing anything. I'm the sister in law I think she needs to see a doctor a see what's really wrong with her. All these years it seems like they are playing guessing game how she is. I see her a the age of 4 so I see the type of person she is. Please I need some help.

Its not like the brothers don't want to do anything they do know think she got some issues. Who would still your own family members clothes when you can't wear them. She even would take baby clothes too. She takes my 12 year old daughters jeans when she can't even fit it. I don't get it. At one point I was talking about putting her in boot camp cause still was out of control. But the brothers didn't want to dissapoint their mom because since she's the only girl and the youngest of the family and plus all the brothers had gotten married and moved out. She's their sister but not close because they didn't grow up together.

Well it seems like you need to talk to her family directly about it - maybe they have taken it in to acct or know what is up there. Who takes care of her? We really need more details....

I mean, I know plenty of "normal" (I use this term for a lack of a better, term, sorry) who didn't get their driver's license till like 23 and 26.
