how do you get cheered up, even when you're alone.....?

you change your thinking .....ON PURPOSE....It will not come naturally....you really have to think different then you are now ON PURPOSE......think good thoughts....positive things.....put notes up to yourself...with positive thoughts on them ....and say them out loud......you get the idea.....and read the book by Joyce Meyer called " Battlefield of the mind" good luck .....and you'll feel better soon.
