i think i have depression i have had thoughts of suicide and feel really quite low thoughts of myslef, i have lost contact with all my friends and have no interest i life it's self i know i ahve to see someone but just don't know how to go about it there is no way i can go to my parents or any other members of family, this may sound stupid to some but i can even face my doctor please help
