what do schools do with disciplinary refferals i mean i no it goes on ur permanet record but do colleges see them and when u get a job do they see them and if u get on academic probation is that on ur permanet record to

Well yes a college may see your school records , but when you go to get a job, and that kind of thing, no they do nt look at your school records, unless it is college records, with a degree or two. Otherwise no they do not see your school records.
