when you have really high 'highs' and really low 'lows' the lows include depression, suicidal thoughs, not wanting to do much, sleeping too much ,eating too much, and highs like not sleeping much, not eating much, racing around, not thinking properly hearing voices imaging things that arent there to put it short pycosis and depression
