Should I be concerned that I grin or laugh when I hear mention of death, even of!
Question:
Should I be concerned that I grin or laugh when I hear mention of death, even of family members?
For example, when I am watching the evening news I occasionally cheer, or when I was told my grandmother was dying, I had to cover my mouth. I like to think that I am a relatively empathetic person, but this cannot be normal. Should I or my loved ones be concerned for my mental health?
Answers:
believe it or not but you are not alone. there is a name for it but at the moment it escapes me. it probably wouldn't hurt to talk to a therapist for awhile. see what he/she has to say about it.
