Mental Health Question Crazy or no?
This has been bothering me for awhile and I have read through a number of different related issues but none really fitting what I am about to ask.
Last year I was diagnosed with Post Tramatic Stress Disorder...Does anyone know if the symptom I am about to discribe can be atributed to that?
I daydream, a LOT. And I feel more comfortable in my dream worlds where I am perfect then I do in my everyday real life.
In my fantasy world I am loved and popular and talented, Which are all things I feel I lack in real life.
But I find I am spending more time in the "dream world" state then I am in a normal everyday world, I even found myself doing it at work.
I already know I have a mental disorder in the PTSD, but I am wondering if there might be something more.
I have not shared this with anyone including the doctor for fear I might be locked up.
Anyone have any advice? or somewhere I can go to read up?
