I have an ocd question?
I have ocd and have noticed that it is worse in the mornings and nights. Why is that. By the way, i'm a teen who is suffering with this horrible disease. I hate the rituals/ compulsive thoughts. And has anyone heard from the blogger boss back ocd? Thank you.

maybe it's because things are quieter and calmer in the early am and at night, giving you time to focus more on your rituals instead of other distractions which go on throughout the day. good luck. I know it's hard. It runs in my family.
