Help! I am addicted to the internet and checking my email.?

I'm serious. I can't go for more than 30 minutes without checking my email, and I'm constantly at the computer both at home and work. I've tried to quite cold turkey but I can't. Any suggestions for overcoming internet addiction?

This is a serious answer. Find an IA or Internet anonymous meeting near you. If you life in a large city, you shouldn't have any problem finding one.
