Eating issues?..?
ok for the last year or so ive been on diets most of them strict if im on one my daily calories do not exceed 800 i make meal plans and weigh myself often. i CANNOT stand the way my body looks i wish i hatedd foood so i would never eat it. i havent really abused my body ex: purging(done it a few times) and laxatives only for about a month. and i lose weight usually in great amounts but gain it back by binging i dont know i cant take it its very mind consuming and i feel like ive wasted a year of my life of being fat. i cant telll anyone only people i dont know (aka you guys) and no one would believe me or my thoughts because im FAT FAT FAT. i really just want to be a normal 17 year old girl please helpppp.

get off those diets! diets aren't healthy unless a doctor tells you you need to get on one. and since you've been on them for like a year, you probly lost enough weight. now try eating just healthy food, in small amounts all throughout the day, that's the best way to eat, you know =). and exercise is important to stay healthy too. even if you are actually overweight, i know people who are, and they look good by being happy with their bodies! just make sure you have clothes that fit properly, and you'll look fine.
