My atitude is gradully changing in to worst. help?
i feel stress due to loads like assingments, take home quizes, research, to be consolidated readings of specs.... even though ihave so many works i fell so sleepy, eventually i go to sleep, then seems like coming of another prblm.....

That's inhumane for teachers to give you that much work. You could try doing some of it during lunch or in other classes, so you wont have as much at home.
If the workload is really severe, you have the right to schedule a private talk with your teachers and tell them about how bad the sterss is and how late you stay up each night. It might help to have your parents there to talk to your teachers as well.
And remember you do have a life outside of school. Go enjoy it when you have time.
