Praying does not pay, remaining bust does not distract, talking to frnds do no lessen, going out does not take me out of the tumult that I have in my mind. I wish to end up my life......

You can not run away from these feelings. Take it from me...I tried. I ran halfway around the world trying to escape my "mental suffocation". Unfortunately it was almost too late for me to realize that I couldn't do it on my own. I take medication (Prozac) and am stronger than I have ever been in my life. I have my "moments" but I can survive life's challenges and look forward to every new day.... best wishes to you..
