all medication that are precised to you by you Dr need to be always take till told to stop. The reason for this that you are building up the levels in your body ( what the med is used for). If you took it for say six months and stopped for two weeks, the levels have dropped and when you start again it will take what is know as the 7/14 day effect. That is 7 days of side effects and 14 days to get the level up again. So don't stop and if you want to talk to your Dr.
