I think what the problem with my sleeping is that I am worried that I am not going to get to sleep.?
I think what happened is that I had a bad cough, and some stress along with it, and then I had some restless nights, and now my body knows now how not to sleep, and so now I am worried all of the time about not getting to sleep. I had thought that every little stressor was what was causing me not to sleep, and then I was trying to figure it all out. I am going through a tough time right now.

Use cough drops, and try not to occupy your mind with things. If you mind is constantly thinking about something, there is a high chance you will not fall asleep.
