Why am i extra-sensitive?!
Question:
Why am i extra-sensitive?
Im now a 22 years old and i get easily upset when:
i see a scary movie , i hear people fighting with each other, when i hear stories about misjudjment or about poor or hungry or abused people oe animals , when somebody says bad words to me
im just fed up with this and i dont know why im so sensitive ;
whats the problem?is there any way to become less affected by the outside world's sht and live normally just like everybody else?

i am very sensitive also and i cant stand it because i want to be strong! but latley i relized that its a gift "empathy" you are posibliy an empath as am i, this mean you can feel the things other are feeling. are you very understanding of people? if yes then you are a true empath.
