cutter & cryed my self 2 sleep but now it worse he moved like a month ago.
y am i only starting 2 o something now & how can i stop it?

when i ever i talk 2 my friend he will just write hi & then say bi
& it makes it worse

Cutting is never the answer, all it does is quickly dull your emotional pain, but guess what? It doesn't stop it!! You've already admitted that you need help and thats the first step. Do you have a pastor or an old friend or teacher or even someone you trust in your own family to talk to? If not, then call your local health department and they can and will put you in touch with some sort of a support group. And remember, you're never alone, as long as you have God in your heart.
