What are the physiological differences that can occur if you had these different!
Question:
What are the physiological differences that can occur if you had these different degrees of stress? read on...
1) A person who worries has the average amount of everyday worries. (job/money/family problems)
2) A person who on the verge of becoming homeless (having his home foreclosed and their family living on the streets.
3) A person in a third world country "already knowing in their mind" or the "constant thought" that they will die from starvation.
If the examples aren't clear, I mean to ask what are the effects to the body comparing "sporadic stress/worry with periods of ease" (sine wave pattern) VS. the same sine wave pattern of stress but with increased amount and increased frequency VS.
Very high level of stress at a constant amount (very high = inevitable thoughts of death)?
Would there be an obvious difference by looking at these people over a short time? how about over a lengthy period of time?
Thanks
