How can I stop being depressed on Sundays and Holidays?

Well, for me, it doesn't help to sit in front of the darn computer. I find I feel better if I'm outside - doing nearly anything. (Of course, sometimes it's difficult to get up the energy to do that if you are already blah)
Call a friend you haven't talked to, go shopping, hang out at the mall and people watch. Go to a movie (even by yourself, it can be FUN!) Walk in the park. (Buy a dog so you have a reason to go to the park?)
