what helps you concentrate? it seems so sudden, this summer, my attention span is worse than that of a goldfish. I was doing fine this spring, getting all a's in my classes, but now I am so far behind, that i need some kind of miracle. i am allergic to all the medications paxil, zoloft, etc.... seems like nothing is right for me...

I know it seems anti intuitive, but caffeine helps. I was able to manage my ADD with nothing but caffeine for years.
