What to do about having trouble sleeping?
I have been having trouble to getting sleep. I know that part of it is because of my clinical depression, but I still need to find something else to help me.

there is a few different things you can try, the basic ones are reading before going to sleep, having a bath, taking a walk just to clear your head and de-stress. try and resolve any problems you have (any that can be resolved) before trying to go to sleep. Don't think to much about trying to sleep. I have bipolar so struggle with sleep on both ends when I am manic and when I am depressed. good luck
