Ok so there is this girl . she is really messed up .. talks suicide and about running people over?
if i call the police will they take her away even if she denies it . I am really worried about her and anyone who gets in her way .. is there anything I can do .. in ontario canada... one more thing she has already been to a psyciatric hospital before she has bipolar

Bipolar is more or less self explanatory. Swings in the mood become so far beyond normal that someone could possibly injure someone else, more likely they may end up hurting them selves while their mood is in the extremely depressed state. I do not know what help is available in Canada as far as treatment but I would suggest you find some way to get this person the help they require. They can then control their moods and thereby lessen the threat of them hurting themselves or others. I know several people that take meds to even out their temperament. It is very common at least here in the USA. These people are now productive and happier with their lives. If you friend acquired the Bipolar condition by using drugs (illegal or prescription) then addiction might be the causative reason for the extrema mood swings and should be treated along with the bipolar problem. Please take the time get them to someone to help them.
