Paroxitine is better known as the generic name Paxil. It's a lot like prozac or zoloft. My doctor thinks Paxil is the best of the three. I've been on it for depression for years, and doing very well. I lost about 5 pounds when I started. That's normal. I plan on being on it for my whole life. No complaints.
