Would you take meds to forget?
Ok say for a sec. you had a very bad thing happen like getting raped or going thew a war and you had realy bad memories about it would you risk lossing good memories to get rid of the bad ones even if your loved ones wante you to?

No one can really answer this for you.People can only say what they would do , not what you should do.Everyone deals with situations differently.My advice is to do what you feels right to you and not take medication to appease someone else.I have been in combat and have seen and experienced awful things.They will always be a part of my life just like the good memories I have.Try to make positive memories and thoughts show you that the negative ones are just another part of life you have to accept and live with.
