Is it a mental health issue or birth control?
I am on Ortho tri cyclen lo and I feel uncontrollable. I am moody, angry, I snap or cry at the drop of a hat. I am mean to people I do not want to be mean or to. I don't even intend to be mean. I feel irrational.
My mom is slightly the same way. All she ever did was YELL very ANGRILY! She blamed it on meno.
What do I do? I'm so tired of myself.

There are other birth control meds available that will have different mental affects.
