Xanax withdrawal?

I take 2MG of Xanax monday/wed/sat. I have generalized anxiety and I take it for occasional relief. Is that too much?


Answers:

Did your Dr. prescribe 2 mgs. of Xanax, to be taken 3 times a week? I am confused. Xanax is difficult to withdraw from. You have to wean yourself off of it. I don't understand your question. I know that the lowest dose of Xanex is 0.5 mgs. How did you graduate to 2 mgs? Just wanting to help.
