I wonder why I get an urge to leave the house all the time?

I have notice I get an urge to leave the house all the time eventhough on my days off, can it be I have house phobia it's terrible but at times. I can't handle it. I do feel when I'm at home like I'm drowning in jail. I really like nature and I feel free. don't know what's going on. Do you feel any feelings like mine., or perphaps boredom or anxious.

I'm guessing you're not married or have no children. That's OK, I grew up on a farm and never stayed in the house. Even when I had my 4 kids, we would go for walks, or I'd take them to the park or swimming. Even now at 61 I still love going out of the house. I do gardening, bike riding etc. you have a very high energy level and that's the way you use up your energy. There are to many couch potatos and you're not one of them. When you leave your house, do you go for walks or ride a bike? So what if you don't want to stay home. a lot of us are like that. I don't feel like I'm jailed if I don't go out, but I do love the outdoors. When I had my back surgery, it killed me to stay put. I even went back to work after 2 weeks and my doctor had a fit because I'm a nurse & he thought it was to much. I didn't care. I just wanted to get out of the house. You're OK & yes, being in the house does get me bored. So why am I on this computer? I think I'm going out to do some gardening now. Thanks, I know I'm not alone.
