For those of you who know what the term Dexing means, does anyone know it's long!

For those of you who know what the term Dexing means, does anyone know it's long term effects?

I am very depressed, and have a "mental" addiction to using DEX and need help to get off of it. It is way to easy to acquire in the form of the brand Corocidin. Please help. Thanks.

At one level, you're looking at alcoholism if using liquid.

In general you;re looking at building up a tolerance to any medications you may take for depression, anxiety or other mental disorders. You're going to find it difficult to impossible to sleep without medication, which will in turn cause all the metal problem associated with sleep disorders, which will just add to your problems.

Then there's the liver damage. All those pain killers will eat your liver like a cancer. Depending on how heavy a dose you take and how often you may actually be doing more damage to your liver in a year than a typical alcoholic does in a decade. This of course comes with the risk of total liver shut-down.

As for your heart, get used to weakened cardiac tissue.

That's all I can think of at the moment. There's more, but I'm too busy to look up the results of overdosing on each and every chemical in over the counter products.
