Can you commit suicide with over the counter sleeping pills?
My brother has been very depressed lately and I found a bottle of sleeping pills in his room. Is it possible to kill yourself with over the counter stuff like tylenol pm?

You can. Talk to him, and see if he will "open up" to you to tell you the problem(s) he's facing. If he won't, see if he will talk to a doctor or clergyman/ woman.
