i think it's really restricting me. i feel horrible.

Re-Focus. Center Your Self. If you Love your self, then you can love everyone else. Sounds like you are insecure about some things maybe. If you love you first, then you can love anyone and everyone because you will have plenty of love give. Hope that helps
