Question:

I have been feeling very anxious lately. I need some ways to get my mind off things and calm down. Any ideas

Next school year, I am going to go to a private school. I have been filling out my application. I feel stressed out b/c my dad won't finish his part. He thinks we have pleanty of time, but I like to get things done ahead of time. My friends that are going to this school next year are prepared. I will have to go buy a new Bible and all this other stuff I have never had to have before. I am stressing out majorly, and my dad is like, "We'll do that tomorrow. Don't worry." but tomorrow comes and he still won't do it. My dad puts things off until the last minute, but I can't stand that!
HELP ME CALM DOWN PLEASE!!!!

I am 13 years old going into the 8th grade, so it's not like I can just go on a trip for a few days.

Poor girl.

Private schools aren't even that great - the best school that I ever went to was a public school and I was only there for half a year.

You shouldn't be stressing that much, but I CAN tell you what I do to stop stressing.

-Go toilet (it might sound really weird but it works for me.. :P)
-Pluck weeds from the garden
-Shine shoes
-Sleep
-Read
-Go shopping!

Well you don't really have to do the toilet thing, but it's just something that I do.
