Question:

I lost my mom through death. I'm having a hard time dealing with it. What is the best way to cope?

My mom died Aug 30,2006. I have a very hard time to deal with it. I'm taking Xanax for my Post Tramatic Stress Disorder. I came back from deployment. I don't what is worse seeing the person next to you die or see your dead mother lying a hospital bed. My husband David wants to help me, but I feel very lonley at times. The Navy provided help I need, but I feel sad all the time. I remember to many things from seeing her lying on that bed dead. I've lost 35lbs and continue to lose weight without trying to. Any help would be great.
