Whats my problem!?
i love my life its awesome!
but a couple of months ago i always tell my self that
''when i die no one is going to know except my family but they''ll be dead to some day''
and it give me stress and weight on my head
and also
''i live my life and in the year 3000 no one is going to know i exicted''
and gives me more weight and stress on my head
i want to fix this problem before i go crazy
can u help me
and i'm only 12
but my parents it nothing to serious

Hi there,
I used to feel that way..but it only hit me when I turned 18..I am now 25..
But i know how you feel..in the last 3 years I have lost my mum and my gran so it has made me think a lot about death and life..
when I was 18 I really went through a very dark period and thought whats the point cos I am gonna die anyway and i can't change the world and there's no point making a life cos we are headed for war and destruction..lol
I think what you need to do..is take some time out to look around nature and get back to basics...ok so it's a bit girly but perhaps look at something thats no too mushy lol maybe like birds or animals..
try to see the small things in life...see the plants and trees gowing and smell the air..smell the rain on fresh grass..
You need to see that life goes on..no matter if you die because if you have children your genes and your legacy lives on with them..if never have children then your footprint is still here on this earth even if no one knows you or sees you..
Question: if a tree falls in a forest does anyone see or hear it?
yes maybe not humans if they are not there but nature and all that we are is in the ground in the air.. etc...I know that my mum lives on in me, in memory and flesh and I live on...when I die my ashes or body will go back to the earth and thus the cylcle of life and death goes on...
You need to try to stop worrying and try to look at the bigger picture...take a deep breath and try to feel safe in the knowledge that it doesnt matter that in 200k years time noone will know because like those before us..you will leave a legacy of either kids or a history of how we have lived...
