Whats the best way to get yourself disciplined and less lazy? im incredibly lazy but i just cant be bothered!?
Answers:
Force yourself to get up really early in the morning, take a shower, eat something healthy, and go outside for a walk every day. Doing so will give you more vitality, and willingness to do the things that you are supposed to be doing.
Take B-Complex plus C (Stress formula)--they will provide you with some energy if you take them regularly.
Drink Chamomile or Sleepytime Tea in the evening, and take a warm relaxing bath--using lavender bath products, or light lavender candles or incense. This will hopefully get you to sleep earlier. Don't use caffeine after lunchtime, and don't eat anything heavy after 5-6PM.
Get out some books from the library on the subjects of:
-Procrastination
-Organization
-Time Management
and anything else you see that you might think of as useful.
