Is my doc a cook?

my doc has had me on lithium and xanax 2 mg twice a day. she took me off my effexor which almost killed me, but yet the panic attacks are back. she has prescribed depakote, respidal(which almost made me go insane) treptidal, and now zyprexa which is in the same family as respidal, so why would she put me through that again. she is really making me feel like i am going insane. my mind races and i get into like a mode where i feel like i dont know what is going on. these 2 drugs i take are not going to help with all that is wrong with me and i sometimes think she doesnt care. i get to my appt, line my meds up, she changes things and doles the refills. i have 3 children and i want to get better.

Drug doctors... Listen, you'll have better luck getting control of your mind if you stop taking those drugs altogether. The problem is, they already have your body chemistry out of whack, so if you stop immediately, you could have a bad reaction to it.

What I think you should do is: start reducing your dosage gradually. Reduce by half, say, every week, until the dose is so small that you realize you don't need it anymore. (Literally chop each pill in half...)

If you do that, your drug doctor will be PISSED. They make money on all the meds they prescribe to you!!! And they don't even make you better - they make you dependent upon them, so you never stop taking them.

If you wanna clear your head, smoke a joint every night. You'll feel a lot better, your organs won't get damaged by those harmful chemicals, and your mind will become more peaceful.
