Would some one plzz help me ??

hi its been 4 years since i was diabetic...and i cant take it anymore i really wanna kill myself its really bothering me i dont know what to do about it im type 1 and im really afraid that theres something thats going happen to although i exercise everyday but my diet is really bad and im really scared that someday im gonna go blind or deaf or something like that....so does anyone has any idea of what should i do to protect my self againset that ugly disease ??

my dad is a diabetic and has been so for quite a few years now and he leads a normal life just has to make sure he eats properly and regularly checks his blood sugar levels and take his insulin.

just do what your doctor/diabetic nurse tells you to do and I'm sure you will be fine. work on your diet, ask your doctor for advice on what things you should be and shouldn't be eating.

join a local diabetic group so you can meet others going through the same thing as you and learn how they cope etc. your doctor should be able to advise you on who to contact regarding this. my dad goes to these meetings and finds them very helpful.

diabetes is not the end of the world or your life. think about the people in this world who are suffering from terminal illnesses such as cancer, they would gladly swap with you if they could.

your parents would be devastated if they heard you talking like this. speak to them about how you are feeling and i'm sure they will help and support you.

start enjoying your life instead of worrying all the time!
