How can I stop OCD thoughts that is creating terrible anxiety? Day 4 now.?
I am all stressed out 24/ 7, started to affect memory, etc. I do Yoga, Karate, Meditation, Eat healthy, See therapist, on med, ......but when it happens it happens, and NOTHING seems to cure it, but by situational change, which most of the time is out of my control since you c an not change the world, or other people.

You want to keep your mind busy so you don't obsess with bad thoughts, one way to do it is to play hand help solitaire games or on the computer, crosswords help too, it helps to derail your mind and not focus on bad thoughts
