i still haven't lost the weight. i feel like i am constantly craving carbs. What should i do?

Either one can make you crave high calorie items. It's just the luck of the draw. Effexor is pretty good for not gaining weight. Even if you did stop and lost the weight, you still need to be on your meds. The only thing you can do is exercise and when you have a carb craving, eat just a small potatoe or maybe some corn. Try to stay away from breads (sweets included).
