How can i avoid sleeping?!

How can i avoid sleeping?

i can only get about 7 hours sleep a night how can i make it so that this is sufficient for my body? or how can i keep my self awake and not feel tired?


Answers:

If you're still feeling tired after 7 hours of sleep, maybe you need to take vitamins to help boost your energy so you won't feel so tired. We all really need at least 8 hrs of sleep but I know it never works out that way. Vitamins will help you feel more energetic and less lethargic during the day. :)
