I mean most of all no excessive ups or downs in emotions.
Answers:
Breathing exersice is the best way to maintain constant emotion. When we have ups and downs in the emotion we are not breathing the way calm mind breaths. Also positive thinking and keeping awareness of the surrounding and not too much lost in thought processes will help.
