Staying up late negative effects?
if i stay up late till like 2-4 am and wake at about 10 to11am, will i get things like baggy eyes. basically will me apparence change if i stay up really late but still got bout 8-10 hrs of sleep?

It kind of messes with the body's natural sleep schedule - I have found in my experience that sleeping on a schedule like yours gives me less overall energy. Somehow waking up later in the day makes me feel groggier. However, as long as you sleep at least 8 hours per night your physical appearance should stay pretty much the same.
