When people compliment you, do you ALWAYS think they are lying but when they insult you you ALWAYS believe it?

I obviously have low self esteem, I just wonder if anyone out there feels like me. I do not want to feel alone.

3nathn- I felt that I was pretty clear about my intentions in my question, so why dig deeper? Also, with all due respect, I do not belive you really understand where I am coming from. I feel like this ALL of the time not just when Im sad so please hold off on your judgements of me.
