I get that problem aaaalllll the time. the only solution thats really out there is to find a normal regular routine that you can stick to. whether thats reading a book everynight before bed or watching ten to twenty minutes of t.v. find one and stick to to it. you'll go to bed before you know it. another solution that works for me is to stretch. yea i said stretch! lol. your back, your arms, your neck. deep breaths and youll relax.
