my boyfriends mom died today in the home. spare you the details. i cant stop the severe anxiety and chest pain. would i be wrong to go to the hospital to get a shot or something to relax as im a nervous person. i have criede a river the way it happen. i feel for my b/f as well. i feel so sad and bad

Its OK to go to the ER to see a doctor , you have been through a shock.So, sure , go talk to someone, talking helps, and a doctor will know what to do for you. I am terribly sympathetic to your grief.Best Wishes
